Benjamin Blady, Esq.
Benjamin Blady is a founding partner of Blady Workforce Law Group, APC, where he heads the Labor and Employment and Class Action practice. Since 1994, Mr. Blady has focused his practice primarily on employment litigation, including wage and hour litigation, and business litigation.
He has handled claims for wrongful or unlawful termination, discrimination (age, disability, gender, race, sex, sexual orientation), sexual harassment, failure to pay wages, employee misclassification, retaliation, and whistle-blowing. Mr. Blady has successfully represented clients in individual employee, collective action, and representative and class action litigation. He has spoken extensively on civil litigation, wage and hour law and wrongful termination.
After years of practice as a litigation attorney, Mr. Blady added mediation to his practice in 2003. Since then, he has mediated numerous civil and employment litigation matters to successful resolution.
